Terms of Use and Declaration of Intent:
Do not purchase or hook up your equipment until you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use and Declaration of Intent. All sales are contingent upon your review of these Terms. By purchasing this equipment, the purchaser agrees to the Terms below.
I, the Purchaser, understand that certain cable/satellite television equipment sold legally may nevertheless be used in an unauthorized manner to aid in the theft of cable/satellite television services. As an inducement to the dealer to sell me cable/satellite equipment, I, hereby declare, under penalties of perjury, that I understand that federal law and various state and local laws provide for substantial criminal and civil penalties for the theft of cable/satellite television services, and that all products that I purchase from U Shop FTA, now and in the future, will not be used to intercept any cable/satellite television signal without proper authorization from my local cable/satellite company and payment of all lawful charges, and I will only use the equipment in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
U Shop FTA is selling you equipment so that you may use in a legitimate way as intended. It is not the intent of U Shop FTA to defraud any cable/satellite company, and U Shop FTA will not assist any individual in doing so. Receiving cable/satellite signals without proper payment is a crime. It is the customer's responsibility to notify their cable/satellite company of any equipment they may have, and must obtain permission to use such equipment. U Shop FTA will not be held responsible for any damages physical or legally that may be incurred while using equipment purchased from U Shop FTA. You must comply with all federal, state and local laws regarding private ownership of cable/satellite TV equipment.
In the event that I am a dealer in cable/satellite television equipment, I will not advertise such products with the intent that any purchaser buy the equipment for the purpose of aiding in any theft of cable/satellite television services, nor will I sell or otherwise transfer any equipment I have purchased from U Shop FTA to any third party who I know or may suspect will use any such cable/satellite equipment for the theft of cable/satellite television services. As an inducement to the dealer, I agree to indemnify U Shop FTA for any liabilities, cost or expense which may incur, including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs, as a result of my breach of the foregoing declaration.
Title 47 of the United States Code 553 (a)(1) states that:
"No person shall intercept or receive or assist in intercepting or receiving any communications service offered over a cable system, unless specifically authorized to do so by a cable operator or as may otherwise be specifically authorized by law."
By placing an order, the purchaser states that he/she is of legal age and those products ordered will only be used in a lawful manner. It is the sole responsibility of the end user to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local laws when using these products.
Buyer agrees to hold U Shop FTA, its owners, employees and affiliates free of any claims, actions, legal and/or court fees brought against him/her in connection with any use/misuse of products ordered from this web site and/or products from external sites. Buyer further agrees to hold and save harmless distributor from any and all claims, liabilities, disputes and expenses such as attorney's fees from third parties resulting from improper use (i.e. hacking or pirating encoded pay satellite signal) of the equipment furnished by distributor, including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs.

Authorized Retailer Agreement
An Authorized Retailer is defined as a ushopfta.com customer who purchases goods and services from ushopfta.com for the purpose of resale to the end user (customer). In an effort to maintain integrity and value within this program, an Authorized Retailer must agree to the following in order to continue their authorization under this agreement.
- Retailer must purchase goods within any given three weeks from the date of authorization or after any subsequent order. If the retailer is not able to meet this requirement, they may send an email to michael@ushopfta.com to apply for a 'one-time' extension.
- Retailer agrees to not sell any product lower than the current ushopfta.com 'Retail' price as posted on www.ushopfta.com (USA website) - Price may be higher, but never lower. Selling lower than authorized retail pricing constitutes immediate termination of the Authorized Retailer agreement.
- Retailer agrees to only sell nfusion receivers for Free To Air (FTA) purposes and shall not promote the use of illegal or 3rd party firmware to capture proprietary satellite transmissions. The nfusion receiver is designed for FTA Satellite reception and legal use only.
In return nfusindtv.com will provide the following Pricing and Services to all Authorized Retailers.
- Discounted Retail Pricing - which includes fulfillments services
- Fulfillment Services - will ship same day when orders are received before 10:00 AM CST
- Warranty Administration - all warranty will be processed through www.nfusionwarrantycenter.com
Authorized Wholesaler Agreement
An Authorized Wholesalter is defined as a customer who purchases from ushopfta.com for the purpose of resale to the a retailer (authorized or un-authorized) and /or end user (customer). In an effort to maintain integrity and value within this program, an Authorized Wholesaler must agree to the following in order to continue their authorization under this agreement.

This documents constitutes a limited agreement and is to be considered the requirements and services that shall be provided during this agreement. ushopfta.com reserves the right to discontinue any agreement either written or verbal at any time and is shall be at ushopfta.com's sole descretion.
